Presley is a Cosmetologist and did his " International License Cosmetology Course Diploma" from Christine Valmy, New York, USA in 1994. Thereafter he worked as a senior hairstylist cum esthetician for 2 years before entering the training field and has been a national trainer with various companies such as Cheryl's Cosmeceuticals, Janssen Cosmeceuticals Germany, Sothys of France and L'Oreal India before joining LookWell Salon and Academy in 2017.
Presley is also a skilled soft skills trainer and is adapt at combining technical training with soft skills training, the goal being to give the customer a unforgettable emotional experience along with a great technical service.
Presley teaches the subjects of Hair and Skin apart from taking special classes on Soft Skills Training and Salon Business Management.
Krutika Pawar is the Creative Director of LookWell Salon Spa Academy and is a Professional Makeup Artist since the last 5 years. Krutka is a Bachelor Of Commerce graduate and then the desire for creating new fashions in beauty and wellness motivated her to do her Diploma in Fashion Designing from the prestigious International Institute Of Fashion Design, Pune. She further pursued her interest in makeup and beauty by doing her course in Nail Art from The Nail Art School and then trained with OPI.
Krutika is a unique specialist in the field of makeup and nail art by using different innovative mediums to transform and enhance the appearance of her clientele, giving her broad acceptability in her area. Every client for her is a human canvas to create a flawless appearance and she spends hours developing a person to obtain that unmatched experience and appearance.
She has a broad range of skills and is equally adept in all make up applications such as Theatrical, High Fashion, Airbrushing, Light Blending and High Definition. She also is a makeup instructor in LooWell Academy and has inspired hundreds to develop their own careers and enhance their personalities. Krutika's style can be described as bold, edgy and made to turn heads, something that she does with ease through a combination of artistic talent and unique tips and tricks that she teaches her students. She enjoys connecting to people from different walks of life and is very open to feedback and reviews that she gets from social media.

Mrs. Sunita Pawar started her career in the beauty industry in 1996 and has come from very humble beginnings. She did her course in Hair from L’ORÉAL and was in the subject of skin did a variety of courses. She was also a disciple of Mr. Oscar Pereira, the founder of Cheryl’s Cosmeceuticals. Simultaneously she pursued her passion for makeup and through her constant learning process since the last 30 years has emerged as one of the leading hairstylist and makeup artists in the Thane Kalyan area.
From the last 30 years, Sunita has exemplified hard work combined with courage, integrity and strong leadership to advance the promotion and success of the LookWell brand from a single ladies only beauty parlor to 13 Unisex salons and 1 laser clinic stretching from Mulund to Titwala.
Sunita is the director of LookWell Academy apart from being the creative director, Hairstyling and Make Up Artist for LookWell Salons. She teaches Creative Hairstyling, Basic and Advanced Make up in the Academy.
