Mrs. Sunita Pawar, Founder of LookWell Salon started her career in the beauty industry in 1996 and has come from very humble beginnings. Initially she did her course in Hair from Jawed Habib and then later upgraded her skills from Loreal Professional, Tony and Guy from Hong Kong. In Beauty she was also a disciple of Mr. Oscar Pereira, the founder of Cheryl’s Cosmeceuticals. Simultaneously she pursued her passion for makeup and through her constant learning process since the last 25 years has emerged as one of the leading makeup artists in the Thane Kalyan area.
From the last 25 years, Sunita has exemplified hard work combined with courage, integrity and strong leadership to advance the promotion and success of the LookWell brand from a single ladies only beauty parlor to 21 Unisex salons and 1 laser clinic stretching from Mulund to Titwala.
Sunita enjoys nothing more than being with her customers and meeting their needs as in her own words good customer service manifests that harmony between business and customer. She is totally customer centric and even puts customer relationships before the need to be right. She is totally at home when she is even today, doing a haircut or deeply creating mesmerizing looks with her artistic hand in makeup.
Sunita is co-partnered by her husband Mr. Kishor Pawar who is the Finance Director and her son Mr. Mukul Pawar who is the Managing Director looks after business expansion and all over charge of the running of an organization.

Such products and their packaging are bio-degradable, have a low water footprint have not been tested on animals and have maximum use of recyclable materials thus avoiding use of paper to save the forests.
